Tree of Life Centre
The Tree of Life Centre is an organisation operating in the Wythenshawe area of South Manchester. They provide many valuable services to the local community, ranging from a furniture re-use shop, community cafe, computer room, health and wellbeing sessions, advice and friendship groups. They also provide an opportunity for local people to get involved, train for qualifications and get valuable experience by volunteering with them.

Community Grocery
Bridging the gap between food banks and supermarkets, Community Grocery stores help keep families fed by providing access to affordable food and wrap-around support to those who need it. Step inside a Community Grocery and you’ll find a full range of food, household, and toiletry options available for you to choose from at the fraction of the cost of your weekly shop. Anyone who is finding it hard to feed their families and could do with our help can sign up to be a member.
But the Community Groceries are not just about food. In each store you’ll find a range of free wrap-around support on offer for members, like mental health courses, money management support, healthy cooking classes, job clubs and much more.

Safespots
Wythenshawe Safespots is a user led domestic abuse organisation based in South Manchester. The organisation was founded by local survivors of domestic abuse who wanted to help other women, who like them, had experienced abuse by providing a local centre where they could access help, support and friendship.
Safespots drop in centre, located in the heart of Wythenshawe, provides a friendly non-judgemental and confidential service for women. If you or anybody you know need support, we are here to help. Their helpline is open Monday to Friday 10am-4pm.
